Azerbaijani pilgrims bus shot in Iraq: one dead and two wounded

Bus of Azerbaijani pilgrims was shot in Samarra, Iraq on its way to Kerbala.

29.01.10 Unknown people attacked the bus and opened fire on January 28, resident of Mashtaga village of Baku Haji Zakir Guliyev told APA. 14-year old girl, resident of Mashtaga village Fatima Ahmadova was killed and two pilgrims, imam of the Mashtaga mosque Haji Seyidaga and one woman were wounded. Ahmadova’s parents were also among the pilgrims. Haji Zakir said Fatima Ahmadova would be buried in Iraq on Friday and a group of Azerbaijani pilgrims had already been sent to Iran.
