According to him, the historic researches showed that Azizbeyov was admitted to the organization of 26 Baku Commissars that it could appear as an international organization. “Unfortunately Mashadi Azizbeyov led punitive detachments in Salyan and Bilasuvar regions and committed massacres there. There are facts proving that. 26 Commissars are the genocide slaughterers. Their monuments, including Japaridze’s monument, were removed. It means that the process was started in Azerbaijan.
