The aircraft from Baku to Tbilisi took off from Baku after more than two hours delay, as passengers said.

"The airport attributes the delay to various reasons such as the delay of aircraft from Urumqi which fly to Tbilisi from Baku, baggage loading problems on aircraft, technical failure etc. Passengers are not advised of the delay.
