Today’s passenger flight departs from Baku to Tbilisi after more than 2 hours delay

They said boarding delayed over two hours although the flight is scheduled for 11:30 am. Baku-Tbilisi flight is operated by Azerbaijan Airlines (AzAL).
"The airport attributes the delay to various reasons such as the delay of aircraft from Urumqi which fly to Tbilisi from Baku, baggage loading problems on aircraft, technical failure etc. Passengers are not advised of the delay. As a result, there has been a dispute between passengers and airport security officer," said passengers before the news that aircraft took off came.
