“It is high time to make structural changes in Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences,” president of the academy Mahmud Karimov told APA.
17:39 / 11.01.2010 He said some reforms will be carried out in the structure of the academy when the National Strategy for the Development of Science is implemented.
“Especially structural changes for unification of the institutes may be carried out in the academy,” he said.
According to Mahmud Karimov, ANAS is waiting for the final opinion of UNESCO experts.
