Mahmud Karimov: It is high time to make structural changes in the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

He said some reforms will be carried out in the structure of the academy when the National Strategy for the Development of Science is implemented.
“Especially structural changes for unification of the institutes may be carried out in the academy,” he said.

According to Mahmud Karimov, ANAS is waiting for the final opinion of UNESCO experts.
“UNESCO experts will come to Azerbaijan this week. Taking into account their recommendations we will make a decision on the structural changes in the Academy,” he said.
