Pardon Commission under Azerbaijani President has finished meetings.
22:28 / 17.03.2010 The Commission told APA that the final meeting has been held today. The members of the Commission finished discussing the appeals and prepared a final list. Decision was made to present the list to President.
Azerbaijani President is expected to issue pardon decree basing on this list on the eve of Novruz holiday.
