Pardon Commission under Azerbaijani President finishes meetings

The Commission told APA that the final meeting has been held today. The members of the Commission finished discussing the appeals and prepared a final list. Decision was made to present the list to President.

Azerbaijani President is expected to issue pardon decree basing on this list on the eve of Novruz holiday.

Azerbaijani President issued pardon decree on December 25, 2009. The decree was applied to 99 prisoners.
