Explosion kills five in Kemerovo

19:55 / 06.01.2010 An explosion took place at one of the residential houses in Kemerovo, Russia, APA reports quoting the Russian newspapers.

According to the Russian emergency ministry, the explosion took place in the Zavodsk district of the Kemerovo city as a result of gas balloon blast in a brick house. Five people, including three children were killed. Three, including two children were injured.

The fact is under the investigation. Governor of the Kuzbass region of Russia Aman Tuleev said he would control the investigation.
