Yaponchik’s killer murdered
12:24 / 13.10.2009 The person, who killed notorious Russian mafia boss Vyacheslav Ivankov a.k.a. Yaponchik, was murdered. It is found out that, Yaponchik was killed by the Afghanistan veteran. Afterwards the mobsters learned the killer’s name and he was murdered. GZT.RU reports that when Ivankov was in hospital, letters were sent to 34 mobsters in various jails of the country. It was demanded to insult mobster Tariyel Oniani, who was accused of killing Yaponchik. Oniani was in prison for another crime. Yaponchik had come to Russia to solve the conflict between Oniani and Ded Khasan gangs. Yaponchik defended Ded Khasan. On July 28, Yaponchik met with Ded Khasan in Tayskiy slon restaurant. Yaponchik was shot while leaving the restaurant. Vyacheslav Ivankov was seriously wounded and died in a private clinic in Moscow on October 9.
