As I mentioned above the basic principles of our foreign politics are integrity of Azerbaijan, its welfare and invariable and the friendship Turkey and Azerbaijan and your answer is given.It is necessary to ask-the current status-kvo in the region is benefits Azerbaijan, Turkey and Armenia?It lasts 17 years that, Azerbaijan lands-also our lands, we consider so, are invaded. Turkey always effort to put end to this occupation. The ministers, governments before me, after independence of Azerbaijan were with Azerbaijan. It will be so till the eternity.If the heaven comes to the Earth, nothing can change the reality that Turkey is on the side of Azerbaijan. But we must think about how to change today’s status-kvo. It is important to find ways to put end to the occupation of Azerbaijan lands by the peace that invaded before 17 years. On that day which we signed the protocols and before and after we said it all over the world: The normalization between Turkey and Armenia may appear only on that case that, if the situation in the region will normalize. It means that, the problem Azerbaijan and Armenia will be solved. But how can be solved this problem? Naturally, there must be put an end to the occupation of the lands. It is a clear position and there must be none doubts in Azerbaijan.We consider the invaded Azerbaijan lands of our lands and will struggle to free that lands. We think that, these protocols must give a push to the process. As you see,also the dinamizm on this direction. There were sent technical crew to Lachin for to analysis. It is related with the Caucasus politics of Turkey. We bring to the discussion in every international meeting the Karabakh problem. -How do you spent your meeting with Azerbaijan foreign minister?
-I spent the meeting with the foreign minister of Azerbaijan as the meeting between two brothers. Before the signing of the protocolsin Surikh the president Abdulla Gul and me were in Nakhcivan.We met with the president of Azerbaijan Aliyev and mister Elmar there. There may be any dissatisfactions between two brothers, but we had a talk as affectionateness there. The ministers of Azerbaijan and Turkey never sit around the talk tables as two sides. They sit as the same sides looking to the process from the same point of view.
-Do you touch the dissatisfactions related with Azerbaijan flag?
-Yes, we tought. We must the problems as afriend. Azerbaijan flag is as dear us Turkey flag. We have also, the law about the flag but Azerbaijan flag is exception. We don’t consider Azerbaijan flag as a foreign country’s flag. I have countryman-which was matyr here. Taoday also, if necessary 72 million Turkey civil are ready to die for Azerbaijan.
