Azerbaijan President awards Zelimkhan Yaqub “Sheref ” order
12:07 / 22.01.2010 Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev signed an executive order to award Zelimkhan Yaqub Yusif oglu for his merits and works in the history of the Azerbaijan literature and culture, APA reports.
