Many of the films in this year’s line-up have won awards on the international film circuit, but many of them are unknown in the U.S. The organizers say that most of the tickets for the festival movies have been sold out.

Representatives of Azerbaijani Diaspora say they are going to attend the festival. Some say it would be nice to hold an Azerbaijani movies festival in US, maybe even within the Turkish film festival in future.
