Ago group meets with chairman of CEC Mazahir Panahov
01:17 / 25.11.2009 The members of Ago monitoring group of the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers met with chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Mazahir Panahov, press service of CEC told APA. Panahov said the registration of the candidates had finished and about 32,000 candidates had been registered. Mazahir Panahov said the pre-election campaign of the candidates would start on November 25, all conditions had been created for the campaign. Mazahir Panahov informed the group members about the CEC’s program aiming to raise awareness, measures taken to increase the proficiency of the commission members.
