Azerbaijani Defense Minister: “Armenia intentionally delays the negotiation process to prevent peaceful solution to Nagorno Karabakh conflict”
Defense Minister of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Safar Abiyev met with U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Russia, Ukraine and Eurasia Celeste Wallander and member of the parliament of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Anderson Waverly on November 23.
