22:36 / 19.11.2009 Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan issued statement on the damages caused by heavy rains in Masalli region, APA reports quoting the ministry’s official website. Heavy rains fell on November 18-19 left some agricultural fields under the water and seriously damaged the roads in Takala village of the region.
