US intends to mediate in Turkmen-Azerbaijan Caspian disputes
The United States offers its mediating mission in Turkmen-Azerbaijan disputes over the Caspian status, Senior Adviser to U.S. State Department Special Envoy for Eurasian Energy Affairs Daniel Stein said at a press conference in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, APA reports quoting Oazis Internet-publication.

U.S. and EU member countries try to assure Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan that they should reach agreement on division of Caspian to create real opportunities for Nabucco and other projects. Atmosphere on both sides shows that the issue could take long time.
