Armenian deputy foreign minister: “There is no any condition concerning Nagorno Karabakh in the protocols signed with Turkey”

The deputy minister said Turkish-Armenian relations didn’t concern the Nagorno Karabakh problem in legal plan. “There is no any condition concerning Nagorno Karabakh in the protocols signed with Turkey. Two protocols were signed between Turkey and Armenia.
