Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister to come to Baku
15:35 / 19.10.2009 Armenia will participate in the 21st meeting of the Foreign Ministers Council of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation in Baku. APA reports quoting Novosti-Armenia agency that Deputy Foreign Minister Arman Kirakosian will lead the Armenian delegation. Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will chair the meeting.
