Azerbaijani President receives Iranian Interior Minister

Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev received the delegation led by Interior Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran Mostafa Mohammad-Najjar, APA reports. The head of state underlined that the relations between Azerbaijan and Iran were developing successfully.

13:22 / 04.05.2010 President said it was a good indicator of the relations that Iranian Interior Minister had arrived in Azerbaijan with a large delegation and expressed his confidence that the bilateral relations would strengthen.
Mentioning his previous visits to Azerbaijan, Mostafa Mohammad-Najjar said it was the importance attached to the visit that the governor-generals of four provinces of Iran bordering on Azerbaijan were also accompanying him.
