NATO’s expected international seminar in Baku postponed due to weather conditions in Europe

NATO’s international seminar in Baku which was scheduled for April 20-21, moved to another date, the Foreign Ministry reported.

12:13 / 20.04.2010 The reason of the postponement is bad weather condition in Europe. Note that all flights to Europe have been cancelled as a result of the volcanic eruption in Iceland.
It was expected that NATO seminar in Baku had to be devoted to the discussion of # 1540 convention on common weapons of the UN Security Council resolutions. Visit of NATO’s first ever Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia Robert Simmons and as well as visits of high-level representatives from the alliance member countries were expected at the seminar.
