Polish president’s plane crew didn’t fulfill dispatcher orders

The crew members of the Polish president’s plane crashed in Smolensk region of Russia on Saturday didn’t fulfill orders given by the ground dispatcher service, said deputy chief of general staff of Russian Air Force Alexander Alyoshin.

21:40 / 10.04.2010 He said Tu-154 crew missed the orders given by the Smolensk airport dispatcher about the flight direction. The flight control service watched that the plane increased vertical speed in 1.5 km altitude, but the crew didn’t’ fulfill dispatcher’s order to bring the plane to horizontal flight condition.

As a result of the plane landing crash, 97 people, including Polish President Lech Kaczynski, his wife and government officials were killed.
