Iranian minister of culture Mohammad Hoseini: “We have to extend bilateral relations with Azerbaijan in the field of culture and tourism”

Iran and Azerbaijan have historic cultural, commercial and social relations, Iranian minister of culture Mohammad Hoseini told foreign journalists in a press conference in Tehran.

15:24 / 19.04.2010 “Our cultural relations with the different countries, including our neighbors are in a lower level than it intended to be. We have to extend bilateral relations particularly with Azerbaijan in the field of culture and tourism”.

Mohammad Hoseini highly appreciated the upcoming Days of Azerbaijani Culture in Iran. “This is very good case. In particular, the visit of Azerbaijani minister of culture and tourism to Iran on the eve and various meetings held for the development of cultural relations are an indication of the extension of relationship”.

The minister said Azerbaijan and Iran were preparing joint film production projects. “Azerbaijani and Iranian filmmakers are starting the shooting of a mystery novel now. Iran is always ready to help Azerbaijani cinematographers to produce films and TV series”.
