Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin had a phone conversation with the head of the temporary “caretaker government” of Kyrgyzstan Roza Otunbayeva, said spokesman for the Russian Prime Minister Dmitriy Peskov.
15:11 / 08.04.2010 Putin called the Kyrgyz government to avoid violence and to provide the foreign missions with security. He said Russia was ready to provide Kyrgyzstan with humanitarian assistance. Otunbayeva said the situation was difficult and Kyrgyzstan needed in the economic assistance.
