Death toll in Moscow metro attacks reaches 39

The death toll in the Moscow metro attacks reached 39, as a woman treated in Sklifosovski Institute died on March 30, Andrei Seltsovsky, head of Moscow Health Department said.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said the terror attacks were organized with the foreign support. He considers that the terrorist groups on Afghanistan-Pakistan border could back the attacks.
“They plan to organize terror attacks not only in Afghanistan and neighboring countries, but also the countries of Central Asia, sometimes these routes also bring to the Caucasus,” he said.

Sergei Lavrov added that the investigation would be carried out quickly and effectively.
