Air Force soldier killed as result of accident

A soldier of Azerbaijan Defense Ministry Air Forces was killed as a result of accident. According to APA, the incident took place on February 24 at the Air Forces unit N.

14:25 / 27.02.2010 Junior Sergeant Humbatov Nahid Shahid, 19 called up by the military commissariat of Aghdash region of Azerbaijan was killed as a result of casual handling of a gun by Jafarov Mehman Hasanaga, 19 called up in Guba region.

Spokesman for the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan Teymour Abdullayev told APA the incident was caused by non-observance of security rules. The soldier caused the incident was detained and criminal investigation was launched on the fact.
