Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament Ogtay Asadov said at the meeting that there would be the 18th anniversary of the most horrible tragedy in 20th century, APA reports. He offered to commemorate the genocide victims connected with the 18th anniversary of Khojaly Genocide. After the commemoration, plenary meeting of the parliament began.
