Shootout with Ingush militants kills nearly 14 civilians dead
About fourteen civilians were killed during anti-militant special operations in the volatile southern Russian republic of Ingushetia. Death of four civilians already declared by government APA reports citing Interfax.

Military operations in the village of Arshti and Datix began on February 11. 18 militants have been killed during these operations, government officials said. They were said to be part of the network controlled by North Caucasus warlord Doku Umarov.
During the shootout that followed, four civilians were caught in the crossfire.
