Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev attends the openings of some facilities and groundbreaking ceremonies
12:21 / 13.02.2010 President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev visited Goychay region on Friday. According to APA, the head of state attended the opening of Heydar Aliyev Center and visited Heydar Aliyev’s monument before the center. Then the president joined the opening ceremony of the Olympic Center in Goychay. He looked at the project of drinking water system and newly-constructed facilities as well. The head of state attended the foundation ceremony of power station to be constructed on the Upper Shirvan channel. The president ended his visit to Goychay.
