Shahin Aliyev: “Administrative courts will be founded in Azerbaijan soon”

“The legislative activity concerning the administrative courts was finished and in near future, administrative courts will be founded in Azerbaijan”, chief of the Legislature and Legal Examination Department of the Presidential Administration Shahin Aliyev told journalists.

13:28 / 16.04.2010 Shahin Aliyev said the administrative courts would judge disputes of citizens at the government agencies. This European practice will be implemented in Azerbaijan. He also noted that Azerbaijan makes practical steps to solve the problem of lawyers and the College of Lawyers is also holding tests for selections the lawyers.
