Abdullah Gul: “If Israel does not apologize by tonight, our ambassador will be recalled”

Turkish ambassador to Israel Oguz Chelikkol was invited to the Israel’s foreign ministry on January 11. Deputy Foreign Minister of Israel Denni Ayalon expressed the protest of his government against anti-Israel campaign in Turkish TV series “The Valley of Wolves”. Israeli newspapers said there was diplomatic scandal at the meeting. Ambassador Chelikkol was offered to take seat in a sofa lower the Ayalon’s armchair and when the photo-reporters asked the deputy minister to welcome the ambassador he rejected it.
