Armed incident in Azerbaijan’s capital

The incident happened in Fatalikhan Koyski street last night. Baku resident Farman Tagiyev, 54, fired at his brother-in-law Shahin Rahimov, 53. Fortunately, no one was injured during the incident.

Police arrived at the site soon after the incident. Tagiyev escaped. Measures are being taken to detain him.
