Iranian Security Ministry: “Ashura Day events in Tehran were organized by outside forces disliking Iran”

Iranian Security Ministry made a statement about the events happened in Tehran on December 27 - Ashura Day. Minister Heydar Muslihi told journalists that the provocative, anti-revolutionary and anti-government events were organized by the outside forces disliking Iran, APA reports quoting Iranian state-run television. The minister called the demonstrators arrested in Tehran during the unrests on Ashura Day as a group of anti-revolutionary provocateurs.

Muslihi said they found out series of facts and reports about the contacts used by the organizers of unrests.

The minister said they needed in time to get more weighty reports.
