Azerbaijani parliament adopts bill on renaming Azizbayov district to Khazar

Chairman of the parliament’s committee for regional issues Arif Rahimzadeh said the parliament had been offered to rename Azizbayov district to Khazar.
“We discussed this issue in the committee and assessed positively,” he said.
The bill was put to the vote without discussion and adopted.
