Baku hosts 7th Azerbaijan International Conference on Geophysics

According to the first vice-president of SOCAR, Khoshbakht Yusifzadeh, the oil production reached 50 mln tonnes and the gas production reached 23.5 bln cubic meters in 2009. Presently, Azerbaijan exports gas to Turkey, Georgia and several countries of Europe.
Azerbaijani geophysicists prepared 380 structures in Caspian Sea. The geophysicists of France, USA, Russia, Germany, Turkey and Great Britain participate in this conference.
