Mahmud Mammadguliyev to represent Azerbaijan at session of CoE foreign ministers in Strasbourg

Micheline Calmy-Rey, Head of Switzerland’s Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, will chair the session. The session will focus on the future of the European Court of Human Rights, Council of Europe’s activity in Georgia and relations with the European Union.
At the end of the session Macedonia will take over the chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers from Switzerland.
