Azerbaijan blames Iran for Kura flood in Sabirabad and Shirvan

He said as Iran drained more water yesterday, the water level in the Araz river rose and this caused floods in the Araz and Kura.

Ahmadzadeh said the dams in Bayramli settlement of Shirvan city and Sabirabad region will be reinforced, the floods will be prevented.
