Azerbaijan National Broadcasting Council warns ANS

The Council told APA that current issues, situation concerning the television and radio and the issue of ANS television had been discussed at the meeting. At the end of the meeting the channel was warned in connection with the program “Aglasigmaz hegigetler” (Inconceivable truths) broadcasted at 22.45 on April 18. The program reportedly violates articles 2.7 and 2.8 of the Council’s “Special Rules for the programs damaging physical, mental development of children and minors, reflecting erotic scenes and cruelty”.
The program was broadcasted twice. For the first time it was broadcasted in December last year, rebroadcast was on April 18. The program contained unethical scenes about the intercourse between humans and animals, reflected nontraditional sexual relations. It violated the Special Rules of the National Broadcasting Council.
