Kizlyar terror kills 12, injures 23

Death toll of the terrorist attack in Kizlyar city of Dagestan, Russian Federation reached 12, APA reports quoting RIA-Novosty. 23 people, including 9 policemen and one investigator were injured.

The explosion took place at 08.42 on March 31 near the police vehicle in Kizlyar. 15 minutes later suicide bomber worn police uniform approached the law-enforcement officers arrived at the site and detonated another bomb.
