Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has phone conversation with Bernard Fassier

The French co-chair expressed his concern over some reports in the Armenian and Azerbaijani newspapers quoting him. The diplomat said his statement was completely distorted. He said that he could never evaluate the situation of any army as the co-chair and military serviceman as well and he couldn’t make such mistake as the mediator. Fassier expressed his concern over this situation and called the distortion of his words as unacceptable.

Armenian newspapers said that during the NATO seminar in Yerevan Fassier said that Azerbaijan would be defeated in the case of war and he knew the courageous of Armenian and Karabakh militants.
