Flood death toll reaches 30 in Kazakhstan


Flood death toll reached 30 as a result of Kyzyl-Agash dam rupture caused by heavy rains in Almaty region of Kazakhstan. According to APA, rescuers recovered five more bodies on Saturday. Local residents said 52 people have died in the disaster. This figure has not been confirmed officially yet. Several villages have been poured leaving 2500 residents homeless, authorities said.
