Azerbaijani soldier kills his fellow

Vasif Aliyev Rasim, 19, drafted from Nasimi district, Baku, shot dead his fellow soldier Elchin Mammadov, 20, drafted from Goychay region. Mammadov died at the site. Deputy Press Secretary of the ministry Teymur Abdullayev confirmed the fact. To him, criminal case has already been launched on the fact, investigation is underway.
