Ghastly murder in Azerbaijan’s Neftchala region

Village resident Amrah Ahmadov killed his fellow-villager Tamayul Aliyeva with knife because of money debt, and then injured her husband Telman Aliyev. Ahmadov surrendered to the police as a result of the operations carried out by the officials of Neftchala region Police Department.
