Edward Nalbandian: “Armenian side observed all legal procedures during the signing of Armenian-Turkish protocols”

“Armenian side observed all legal procedures during the signing of Armenian-Turkish protocols”, said Armenian foreign minister Edward Nalbandian in his address to the Armenian parliament.  “According to law on international agreements, the signing of agreements should be based on concrete procedures. The legislature enables the Armenian president to use all procedures of the signing of international agreements. He used this opportunity and procedure norms were not violated”.
