The editor in chief of "Forbes" magazine, Steve Forbes, says the number of new billionaires in the world is a sure sign that the global economy is recovering from its brush with disaster.

Azerbaijani government to make decision on constructions built in protection strips

The final list of constructions located in protection strips of infrastructure lines in Baku and Absheron peninsula will be submitted to Cabinet of Ministers next week, said the government.
